Meghan Stevens


 

Meghan began dancing locally at the age of 4 with Samara Ballet School.

At the age of 13 and for the next 5 years she broadened her training through the CAT scheme at DanceEast in Ipswich where she first experienced  contemporary dance.

Meghan went on to train at Northern School for Contemporary Dance graduating with a first class honours degree in 2020. At her time with NSCD she worked with many choreographers including Anthony Missen, Joseph Mercier and Amaury Lebrun. 

She then joined Verve21 under the artistic directorship of Matthew Robinson. During this time Meghan worked with and toured works by Botis Seva, Caroline Finn, Barnaby Booth and Matthew Robinson.

Recently Meghan has worked with Bakani Pick-Up Company to produce and perform works for the Qasimi Frieze Exhibition at the ICA London.
